Bending or buckling of frames, kingposts, handlebars, seat frames or wheel rims can be a sign of neglect, misuse or abuse.
ICE reserves the right to make sole determination of whether any failure or damage claimed under warranty was caused by material or manufacturing defect and reserves the sole discretion to repair or replace any parts covered by this warranty. Due to product evolution and obsolescence (such as products that have been discontinued or are no longer kept in stock) ICE may elect to provide a replacement part that we determine to be comparable to your current model or parts of equivalent quality and standard. We cannot guarantee a brand, paint colour or sticker/decal match in such cases.
This warranty applies only to ICE tricycles and components purchased through an authorised dealer or distributor and you may be asked to provide original proof of purchase and annual service records before any claim is honoured by us.
ICE may request that detailed photographs be sent to us of the damaged part/s or the part/s to be returned to our head office for detailed inspection, prior to making any decisions regarding a warranty claim.
The owner shall be responsible for all labour, shipping, and travel costs connected with the repair or replacement of warrantied parts.
ICE will, at our sole discretion, consider compensation for reasonable labour at an approved ICE trike dealer or in the case of a Shimano component issue an approved Shimano service centre, we will also consider covering reasonable shipping costs associated with a warranty claim.
You must not authorise any paid work prior to consulting us and receiving in writing a response directly from ICE as this may result in you being out of pocket.
ICE shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential losses, damages or expenses in connection with its tricycle products.
